月別表示を付けるため、flatarchives pluginを導入。 archives pluginとの違いは、archivesが「年＝親、月＝子のリスト」を生成するのに対して、 flatarchivesは「年月のリスト」を生成することだ。 年単位で記事を読むというのは現実的に感じない。
